The Gold Index Club

Refund Policy

Effective date: 17 April 2026

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are handled for The Gold Index Club membership.

1. No refunds for partial months

Membership is billed per month, paid in advance. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused portions of a subscription, or periods during which you chose not to use the service. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle and is not pro-rated.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your member dashboard or by emailing thegoldindexclub@gmail.com.

3. Discretionary refunds

In exceptional cases (e.g. a duplicate EFT transfer or a technical error on our side), we may issue a refund at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the relevant EFT reference and a clear description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank, please email us first.

Most billing questions can be resolved within 24 hours over email. Disputes initiated without first contacting support will be contested using our records of service delivery (membership creation, WhatsApp invite, and dashboard activity) as evidence.

Abusive or fraudulent bank disputes may result in the member being permanently removed from the service and the dispute being contested.

5. Service availability

Signals are shared on a best-effort basis when the market presents high-conviction setups. The absence of signals during quiet markets is not grounds for a refund — you are paying for access to the channel, the dashboard history, and Percival's ongoing commentary, not for a guaranteed number of trades.

6. How to request a refund

Email thegoldindexclub@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

We respond to all refund requests, whether approved or declined, with a clear explanation.

7. Questions

If anything in this policy is unclear, email us before subscribing. It is always easier to clarify expectations up front than to dispute a charge after the fact.
