How do I receive signals after I pay?

After your payment clears, you'll receive an email with your WhatsApp group invite link and your dashboard login details. Access is usually granted within the same day.

How many signals do you send per week?

Signals are shared on high-conviction setups only. On average, members receive 3–5 signals per week across XAUUSD and US30, depending on market conditions.

What timezone are signals sent in?

Signals are timestamped in South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2) and typically align with the London and New York trading sessions.

Do I need a specific broker?

No. You can use any broker that offers XAUUSD (Gold) and US30 (Dow Jones). Signals are broker-agnostic.

What happens if I miss a signal?

Every signal is logged in the members dashboard with entry, stop loss, and take profit levels, so you can review whether it's still valid when you see it. Percival also posts updates if the setup changes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time through your dashboard or by emailing thegoldindexclub@gmail.com. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not offered for partial months or unused portions of a subscription. If you're unsure, you're welcome to email us before subscribing. See our full refund policy.

Is this financial advice?

No. The Gold Index Club provides trade ideas and market commentary for educational purposes only. Percival is not registered with the FSCA. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

The group is best suited to traders who already understand basic concepts like entries, stop losses, and position sizing. Signals include rationale, but we don't teach from zero.

Can I share signals with friends?

No. Redistributing signals breaks our Terms of Service and can result in removal without refund. Refer friends to the site instead.
